There are a few changes regarding this year’s Classic. Please read through to learn about the changes and some incentives that we’re offering to encourage you to sell ads and tickets.

INCENTIVES!!! For every 4 tickets you sell, your name will be entered into a drawing for $50. For every $60 in ad sales you turn in, your name will be entered into a different drawing for $50. Drawings will take place the day of the show.

PROGRAM BOOK ADS

Deadline for ads: Sunday, April 3, 2011 (but please try to get them in as soon as possible!) Ads can be turned in at Sunday practices (see Margaret Anderson) or mailed to address on ad form.

Complimentary tickets

All organizations that purchase a FULL-PAGE ad will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Classic.

All organizations that purchase a HALF-PAGE ad will receive one (1) complimentary ticket to the Classic.

Upon receipt of the paid ad, tickets will be mailed to the person authorizing the ad at the address indicated on the ad form.

BOOSTER SALES

If you live outside the Rochester/Leroy/Batavia area and find it difficult to sell program book ads, ask your family and friends to support MSJ by purchasing a booster ad for $2 per line.

TICKET SALES

This year $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to BREAST CANCER COALITION OF ROCHESTER www.bccr.org. All corps members will be expected to buy/sell 4 tickets. Buy your tickets before the day of the show and receive a $2 discount on each ticket. That means – only $10 EACH! (also new this year!) $12 at the door. Turn in your money to Bob Blonowicz (brass/bari).
